These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of school yearbook and related services in the United States.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Parties
These Terms apply between us and the School or school-authorized organization placing the order ("School").
2. Services
We provide school-directed yearbook creation, production, and fulfillment services based on information supplied by the School.
3. School Responsibilities
The School confirms and warrants that:
It has obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and rights to use student, staff, and contributor personal data and images.
All content provided complies with FERPA, COPPA, and applicable state privacy laws.
It has authority to instruct us to process personal data on its behalf.
The School indemnifies us against claims arising from content or permissions supplied by the School.
4. Data Protection & Privacy
We act as a service provider / processor on behalf of the School.
We will:
Process personal data only on documented School instructions.
Use data solely to provide the services.
Implement reasonable security measures.
Not sell or share personal information.

5. Intellectual Property
The School retains ownership of content it provides.
The School grants us a limited license to use content to provide the services.
Finished yearbooks may be produced only as agreed.
6. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Orders are binding once confirmed. Pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules are as agreed at the time of order.
7. Proofing & Approval
The School is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs. We are not responsible for errors approved at proof stage.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the affected order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.
9. Indemnification
The School agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:
Content supplied by the School.
Breach of privacy, publicity, or data protection rights.
Failure to obtain required consents.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within a reasonable period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State specified in the applicable order or agreement, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply to new orders.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and order documents, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
